This single-day course incorporates two hours of virtual curriculum and an eight-hour in-person lecture and hands-on. Attendees will review actual cases and obtain hands-on experience with paediatric zirconia, NuSmile's BioFlx crowns, and MTA vital pulp therapy. Attendees will feel comfortable providing their paediatric patients with aesthetic crown options and predictable vital pulp therapy, all delivered efficiently. Cvek pulpotomies and fragment rebonding of permanent traumatized teeth will also be covered. The course will be taught by a world-class lecturer, Dr LaRee Johnson, from the US.

SPEAKER:  E. LaRee Johnson, DDS, MS, FAAPD
Dr. Johnson has been in full-time private practice for 25 years. She founded Carolina Pediatric Dentistry, a multi-doctor, two-location practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, and speaks nationally and internationally. Professionally, Dr. Johnson foremost enjoys clinical pediatric dentistry. Her practical practice management skills are simply a byproduct of ensuring a thriving patient-centered practice model.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

2. Learn the keys to successful MTA pulp treatment for primary and permanent teeth
3. Learn predictable MTA Cvek pulpotomies and 100% retentive fragment rebonding techniques
4. Master efficient and predictable BioFlx crown placement
5. Identify zirconia case selection difficulty
6. Bypass barriers to aesthetic paediatric crowns such as space loss and chair time
7. Learn a predictable prep and cementation technique for zirconia crowns
8. Challenge skills with advanced efficient quadrant pulp management and zirconia crown placement technique
