DENTAL TRAUMA IN ADOLESCENT PATIENTS IS COMMON

SIGNIFICANT COMPLICATIONS COMMONLY DEVELOP THAT CAN LEAVE YOU OVERWHELMED. THIS ONLINE COURSE WILL PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF HOW COMPLEX TRAUMATIC DENTAL INJURIES IN GROWING PATIENTS CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED. WE WILL PROVIDE REALLY PRACTICAL CASE EXAMPLES AND STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES ON HOW TO DO SEVERAL PROCEDURES.

You will have much greater knowledge on how to deal with ankylosed anterior teeth, non-vital immature teeth and hopeless prognosis anterior teeth. All in growing patients.

We will cover the indications and contraindications for techniques including warm lateral condensation, regenerative endodontic procedures, MTA Apexification, Decoronation, Autotransplantation and Orthodontic Space Closure

The presenters will demonstrate how to achieve successful outcomes for complex cases and explain how interdisciplinary management can achieve the best possible treatment outcomes. We will highlight the role of the general dentist in the process. This course is in particularly relevant for regional and remote practitioners.

This is our flagship course that will provide you with the skills to manage paediatric dental patients successfully and confidently in the general dental environment. It is suitable for OHTs, dental therapists and dentists that deal with children.

We will be providing over 6 hours of hands-on, along with lecture components, so that the knowledge gained can complement the clinical skills you will learn. Along with the knowledge and skills sessions, we will also be providing you with behaviour management tools, as this is one of the biggest challenges in paediatric dentistry, with recordings from our clinic.

Attendees will feel comfortable providing their paediatric patients with aesthetic crown options and predictable vital pulp therapy, all delivered efficiently.
