Dr. Sarah is a specialist paediatric dentist from Montreal in Canada. She graduated from Laval University with a doctorate in dental medicine in 2012 and completed a residency at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Her love of children brought her to complete a specialty degree in Paediatric Dentistry in 2016 at the University of Montreal. She continued her training as a Senior Dental Registrar at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
She temporarily returned to Canada, where she worked as an associate professor at the University of Montreal and in private practice, but the Australian lifestyle and weather have drawn her back.
Dr. Sarah is trained to provide comprehensive dental treatment to children of all ages, as well as special needs and medically compromised patients. Dr Sarah can provide treatment using behavioural management techniques, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or general anaesthesia, She particularly enjoys treating dental trauma, complex dental cases, patients with a fear of the dentist and children with Autism spectrum disorder.
Dr. Sarah is currently a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentists, Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentists and the American Academy of Paediatric Dentistry. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Paediatric Dentistry and is a diplomate of the American Board of Paediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr Sarah enjoys travelling, skiing (a bit difficult in Australia) and trying new food. She also hopes that she can learn how to surf!

Desmond Ong is currently a Clinical Academic in the Discipline of Orthodontics at the University of Queensland School of Dentistry, where he is involved in both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Orthodontic Programs.

Many of Desmond’s peer-reviewed publications have focused on the various treatment options for compromised teeth and the benefits of interdisciplinary management for patients with advanced dental needs.
Desmond is also in full-time specialist orthodontic private practice in Townsville and a visiting specialist for Queensland Health in Brisbane (Metro North).
Desmond is a past recipient of the Raj Prasad Award from the Australian Society of Orthodontists and the Emerging Lecturer Award from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Dr Tim is a born and bred Queenslander. He graduated dental school at the University of Queensland in 2009 and joined the Royal Australian Airforce as a dental officer. This job meant he travelled around Australia for several years and also served on a humanitarian mission to Indonesia.
In 2012 Dr Tim left Townsville and the Air Force to work in Noosa. In 2018 Dr Tim completed his Paediatric dentistry training at the University of Melbourne and moved back to the Sunshine Coast to be with his wife and back at the beach!
Dr Tim loves providing dental care to children with special needs and dental anxieties. Dr Tim also provides care to children who have suffered trauma, are born without enough teeth, or too many teeth and other developmental anomalies.
Dr Tim is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentists, Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentists, European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Royal Australasian College of Dentists. He is a Major in the Army and is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland.
Dr Tim loves outdoor activities like triathlons, surfing, hiking and sailing.

Dr. E. LaRee Johnson graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry, in 1996. She completed a 3-year pediatric dentistry residency and received a Master of Science degree at the University of North Carolina in 1999. Dr. Johnson has a Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management Leadership Institute (Cohort V), and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of North Carolina and at East Carolina University. She is a fellow of the International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists, and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She has served as the president of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is the current dental director for Raleigh Children's Surgery Center. She is contracted by her state for site and provider Moderate Pediatric Conscious Sedation Permit evaluation. Dr. Johnson is working toward her Certificate in Spanish Proficiency at Wake Tech Community College and Certificate of Writing from UC Berkeley Extension. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
Dr. Johnson has been in full-time private practice for 25 years. She founded Carolina Pediatric Dentistry, a multi-doctor, two-location practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, and speaks nationally and internationally. Professionally, Dr. Johnson foremost enjoys clinical pediatric dentistry. Her practical practice management skills are simply a byproduct of ensuring a thriving patient-centered practice model.
As a certified yoga instructor with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation, Dr. Johnson frequently speaks on clinical pediatric dentistry, practice management, and achieving harmony by balancing practice with life outside of dentistry. She is known for her honest, real-world discussions on challenging topics, served with a solid dose of humor to ensure discussions bring positive energy and attendees enjoy themselves while learning.
Being a wife and a mother of college-aged children and a yellow labrador brings Dr. Johnson her greatest joy. Her family's hobbies include anything outside, travel, yoga, CrossFit, and endurance sports. Dr. Johnson and her husband have completed three Ironman distance triathlons, the Umstead 100 Mile Endurance Run, and a marathon in all 50 US states. They have competed in the CrossFit Open, and this year won 1st and 2nd place overall awards for rucking.
